What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form, you voluntarily provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message

This information is used solely to respond to your message. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by submitting the form. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request (12 months maximum).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set any non-essential cookie. Fonts are served from the website itself, so no data is sent to third-party font providers when a page loads. If this ever changes (for example, if analytics are added), this page will be updated and a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is placed.

The FONE-AI dialogue space

The guided dialogue feature (FONE-AI) is currently offline while it is being reworked. When active, it requires creating an account and involves its own, separate privacy notice covering account data and conversation storage. That notice will be linked here and shown before account creation once the feature returns.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to request its portability. To exercise these rights, email the address above or use the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).
